Shipping & Delivery

Jumping Jacks can ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO's.

UPS Standard, and UPS Two Day delivery options are available to the 48 contiguous states. We are not able to ship to P. O. boxes.

Standard delivery is free of charge for the 48 contiguous states. We will use UPS Ground for all Standard Delivery shipments. You should receive your purchase through UPS Standard Delivery within 5-7 business days from your order date.

UPS Two Day Delivery is also available for the 48 contiguous states for an additional charge of $10.00. Your purchase should arrive within 2 to 3 business days.

Shipments to the non-continental United States and Puerto Rico must ship UPS Ground. There is an additional charge of $15 for these orders. Your purchase should arrive in 5 - 8 business days.

All APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS free of charge. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

Please read carefully our internet return policy:

    You may return new, unworn shoes sold and shipped to you by Jumping Jacks Shoes under the following conditions:
  1. You must call our Customer Service Center for a Return Authorization Sticker. Our toll free number is: 1-800-654-7046, please ask for Betsy. Our hours are 8:30 to 4:30 CST Monday through Friday, except major holidays.
  2. Please have your order number available when you call our Customer Service Center. Your order number can be found on your packing slip and confirmation email.
  3. Jumping Jacks reserves the right to refuse any worn or damaged merchandise.
  4. You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred in a return. Our Customer Service Center will send you by email or postal service a pre-paid return sticker. We will deduct a $7.00 a pair shipping and handling charge from the original cost of your order.
  5. All returns must be pre-approved and returned to our Returned Goods Center. Our dealer network will NOT be able to handle your return!
  6. All orders must be returned within 45 days of the ship date of the order. Returns received after this date will be refused.
  7. All orders must be returned in their original packaging. A copy of the packing slip must be enclosed in the return.

Exchanges
    Here is our policy on handling exchanges:

  2. Please have your original order number available when you call our Customer Service Center. Your order number can be found on your packing slip and confirmation email.
  3. Jumping Jacks reserves the right to refuse any worn or damaged merchandise.
  4. Our Customer Service Center will send you by email or postal service a pre-paid return sticker. There are no shipping or handling charges on exchanges.

Credits

Refunds can only be made to the credit card used to make the original purchase. We will make every effort to process your return promptly, however it make take more than one billing cycle for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred in a return. Our Customer Service center will send you by email or postal service a pre-paid return sticker. We will deduct $7.00 per pair shipping and handling from the original cost of your order.
