Shipping & Delivery

Jumping Jacks can ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO's.

UPS Standard, and UPS Two Day delivery options are available to the 48 contiguous states. We are not able to ship to P. O. boxes.

Orders received AFTER 12:30pm CST; as well as orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the next business day. Standard delivery is free of charge for the 48 contiguous states. We will use UPS Ground for all Standard Delivery shipments. Orders are shipped from our facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas and are usually delivered within 4-7 business days of leaving our facility.

UPS Two Day Delivery is also available for the 48 contiguous states for an additional charge of $10.00. Your purchase should arrive within 2 to 3 business days after leaving our facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Shipments to the non-continental United States and Puerto Rico must ship UPS Ground. There is an additional charge of $15 for these orders. Your purchase should arrive in 5 - 8 business days after leaving our facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

All APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS free of charge. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

Saturday Delivery is not available.

Our facilitys are closed Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July (if it falls during the week, Friday the 3rd or Monday the 5th if it falls on a weekend), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
